Full Circle Rainbow

Yes those are real rainbow (full circle), not lens flare or any sort....amazing really.

Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I was in Canberra on the weekend. So decided to go up to the Telstra Tower as I've never been there. It was raining heavily and strong wind so we can't go up to the open deck.....then this rainbow start to appear, small at first then grow into a full circle....and lasted for about 10min....the gone.
